Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please send us a message on our Contact Page with your order number, as well as details of the product and the defect. We will follow up with you via email shortly after.
We offer exchanges within two weeks of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, or a different product of equal value. If you would like to exchange for an item of greater value you must pay the difference. If shipping is required to exchange your item you are responsible for the costs. The item must be in the same condition as when purchased with tags attached.
